PRINTSYDE — COPYRIGHT / DMCA & IP POLICY
Last Updated:June 14, 2026
Introduction
This Policy explains how Printsyde handles copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property concerns relating to the products in its catalogue. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Our commitment
Printsyde respects intellectual property rights and is committed to a catalogue free of infringing and counterfeit goods. We review the items in our catalogue and remove any that infringe third-party rights or breach our content standard
2. Content standards
Printsyde does not offer for sale items that:
- infringe copyright, trademark, design, publicity, or other rights;
- are counterfeit, or that falsely suggest an affiliation, endorsement, or licence; or
- are unlawful, hateful, or otherwise prohibited under our content standards
3. Filing a copyright notice
If you believe a product or design in our catalogue infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the product or material you claim is infringing, with enough detail to locate it (for example, the product page URL);
- your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
On receipt of a valid notice, we review the item and remove or disable it as appropriate. Where appropriate, we notify the party associated with the affected material that it has been removed or disabled.
Important
- This channel is solely for copyright infringement notices.
- Please do not send customer-service, technical-support, or general abuse reports here — use customerservice@printsyde.com.
- Knowingly submitting a false claim may expose you to liability, including damages, costs, and legal fees.
4. Designated agent
Copyright notices and counter-notifications must be sent to:
Printsyde — Legal Department (Designated Agent) Printsyde LLC, 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009, United States
Email: legal@printsyde.com
5. Counter-notification
If material was removed or disabled and you believe this was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal (for example, the product page URL);
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification;
- your full name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Printsyde may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
6. Restoration after a counter-notification
On receipt of a valid counter-notification, we provide a copy to the original complainant and inform them that the material may be restored in 10–14 business days. We restore the material within that period unless our designated agent first receives notice that the complainant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the relevant use.
7. Trademark and brand concerns
Brand owners and rights holders may report a trademark or brand concern to legal@printsyde.com, with details of the right relied on (for example, a registration number) and the product or URL in question. We review reports promptly and remove or disable items as appropriate.
8. Repeat or serious infringement
Printsyde takes appropriate action in cases of repeat or serious infringement, including removing items and ending arrangements with those responsible.
9. Cooperation
We act on valid notices and cooperate with rights holders, law enforcement, and valid legal process.
