Terms of Service

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ. By accessing the Platform or placing an Order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. DEFINITIONS
Platform means the Printsyde website at printsyde.com, our mobile applications, and all related services.
Printsyde, we, us, or our means Printsyde Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Printsyde LLC (Wyoming, USA), the seller of record and operator of the Platform.
Customer, you, or your means any person who accesses the Platform or places an Order.
Product means a physical, made-to-order print-on-demand item — such as apparel, home goods, or accessories — offered for sale on the Platform.
Order means a confirmed purchase of a Product.
Fulfilment Partner means a third-party manufacturer that produces Products (for example, Merchize, ShineOn, or Printify). Our Fulfilment Partners are located in several countries, including Vietnam, the United States, and China, and may change based on business needs and product type.
Payment Processor means our third-party payment provider (such as PayPal) that processes payments made on the Platform.
2. ORDERS & SELLER OF RECORD
2.1 Seller of record. Printsyde is the seller of record for every Order placed on the Platform. Printsyde appears as the seller on your receipt and on your card or account statement, and is responsible for fulfilment, customer service, returns, refunds, and chargebacks.
2.2 Order acceptance. An Order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an Order — for example, in the case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability — and where payment has already been taken, we will refund it.
2.3 Currency. Prices are shown in your local currency where available — for example, GBP for the United Kingdom and CAD for Canada — and otherwise in U.S. Dollars (USD). The currency and price shown at checkout is the amount payable for your Order.
3. DESIGNS & ARTISTS
Our Products feature artwork by independent artists. A "Design by [Name]" credit, or a design label, identifies the artist who created the design. Printsyde is the seller of all Products in its catalogue.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
4.1 Account. You may place Orders with or without an account. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us at customerservice@printsyde.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4.2 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
4.3 Suspension. We may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
5. PRODUCTS, PRICING & PAYMENT
5.1 Made-to-order. Products are custom-manufactured after you place your Order. They are not pre-manufactured stock. Because each item is made for you, Products cannot be returned for change of mind or for a size you selected in error (see Section 7 and your statutory rights in Section 9).
5.2 Pricing. Prices are displayed on the Platform in the currency applicable to your location (see Section 2.3) and confirmed at checkout. Where required for your location, applicable sales taxes (such as UK VAT) are included in the displayed price; otherwise, any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Prices exclude shipping and any customs duties or import charges that may apply on delivery (see Sections 6.4 and 6.5).
5.3 Payment. Payments are processed securely by our Payment Processor. We do not store your full card details. If your card or payment account is held in a currency different from the checkout currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and conversion fees, which Printsyde does not control.
6. MANUFACTURING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1 Production and delivery times.
- Manufacturing: 3–7 business days
- Total delivery (production + shipping): 7–15 business days
- Holiday and peak periods may experience delays beyond these estimates.
6.2 Where we ship. United States (all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska), Canada, and the United Kingdom.
6.3 Delivery timeframes.
- Standard delivery: 7–15 business days
- Remote areas (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska): significantly longer
- Cross-border shipments: typically 10–25 business days
6.4 Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your Order, and is shown in your local currency at checkout before you pay. Free or discounted shipping may apply to qualifying Orders. Current standard rates are available on our Shipping page.
6.5 Taxes and import charges. Where we collect applicable taxes at checkout (as shown in your Order), no further amount is due to us for those taxes. Because Products are manufactured and shipped internationally, the destination country may charge additional customs duties or import taxes on delivery, particularly for higher-value Orders. Where these apply, you are the importer of record and are responsible for them; they are not included in the price or shipping fees.
6.6 Lost or damaged shipments. Printsyde is responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We track shipments, investigate with the carrier, and provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Process: Report a lost or damaged shipment to customerservice@printsyde.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date, with your Order number and tracking information. For damaged items, include photos within 48 hours of delivery. We investigate with the carrier (typically 2–5 business days) and then provide a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
7.1 Window. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.
7.2 Accepted.
- Manufacturing defects (print flaws, fabric issues) — with photos or video
- Wrong item, size, or colour shipped (our error)
- Shipping damage (item unusable; photos within 48 hours of delivery)
- Lost packages (carrier-confirmed)
7.3 Not accepted.
- Change of mind, or no longer wanting the Product
- Customer ordering errors (wrong size or colour selected)
- Subjective dissatisfaction without a defect
- Normal print-on-demand variations (see Section 8)
- Used, washed, or altered items, or items missing packaging or tags
- Packages refused or returned to sender despite our delivery instructions
7.4 Process. Email customerservice@printsyde.com with your Order number, photos or video, and a description. Most cases require no return shipment — we issue a free replacement or refund directly.
7.5 Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear is then determined by your payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
If your refund has not arrived after 10 business days:
- STEP 1: Check your payment account — refunds sometimes post under a different transaction name.
- STEP 2: Email customerservice@printsyde.com with your Order number, refund approval date, payment method, and a screenshot showing the refund has not been received.
- We will verify that the refund was issued, trace the transaction with the Payment Processor, and work with them until it is resolved. As the seller of record, Printsyde remains responsible for ensuring an approved refund reaches you.
8. QUALITY STANDARDS & TOLERANCES
8.1 Acceptable variations (not defects). Because Products are individually printed, the following variations are normal and not defects:
- Colour: ±5–10% from what appears on screen
- Size: ±1–2 inches from the size chart
- Print placement: ±0.5 inches
8.2 Defects qualifying for a remedy.
- Major print errors or fabric flaws
- Wrong item, size, or colour
- Shipping damage
9. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer right that cannot be excluded by law. These statutory rights apply in addition to everything in these Terms:
- United Kingdom — Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faulty, misdescribed, or unsatisfactory goods entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- United States / California — applicable state consumer-protection law.
- Canada — applicable provincial consumer-protection law.
Where any term in these Terms conflicts with a non-excludable statutory right in your jurisdiction, that statutory right prevails.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 Printsyde's IP. The Platform — including the website, software, the Printsyde name and logo, page design, and trademarks — is owned by Printsyde or its licensors. You receive a limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or use Printsyde's trademarks without our written permission.
10.2 Product artwork. All artwork and content in our catalogue is owned by or licensed to Printsyde. Design credits are explained in Section 3.
10.3 Your reviews and photos. If you submit a review, photo, testimonial, or other content, you grant Printsyde a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it on the Platform and in our marketing, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLIANCE & COPYRIGHT
11.1 Our commitment. Printsyde respects intellectual property rights and is committed to a catalogue free of infringing and counterfeit goods. We review the items in our catalogue and remove any that infringe third-party rights or breach our content standards.
11.2 Content standards. Printsyde does not offer for sale items that:
- infringe copyright, trademark, design, publicity, or other rights;
- are counterfeit, or that falsely suggest an affiliation, endorsement, or licence; or
- are unlawful, hateful, or otherwise prohibited under our content standards.
11.3 Copyright (DMCA). If you believe a Product or design on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

A valid notice should include the elements set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): your contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, the Product or URL in question, a good-faith statement, and your signature. On receipt of a valid notice, we investigate and disable or remove the item as appropriate. A counter-notice process is available.
11.4 Trademark and brand concerns. Brand owners and rights holders may report a concern to legal@printsyde.com, with details of the right and the Product or URL in question. We review reports promptly and disable or remove items as appropriate.
11.5 Cooperation. We act on valid notices and cooperate with rights holders, law enforcement, and valid legal process.

12. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS
12.1 Our responsibilities as seller of record. As the seller, Printsyde is responsible for:
- Product quality — Products manufactured to specification and free from manufacturing defects, with a remedy for defects under Section 7.
- Order fulfilment — processing valid Orders, coordinating manufacturing and delivery, providing tracking, and replacing lost or damaged shipments.
- Refunds and returns — processing approved refunds under Section 7.
- Customer service — responding to enquiries, typically within 24–48 hours.
- Statutory consumer rights — as set out in Section 9, which cannot be disclaimed.
12.2 Acceptable variations. Variations within the tolerances in Section 8 are acceptable and are not defects.
12.3 Platform "as is". The Platform itself (the website, applications, search, and tools) is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation or of specific results. This does not apply to Product quality, Order fulfilment, or your statutory consumer rights, which are covered above.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13.1 Excluded damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printsyde is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
13.2 Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 13.3, Printsyde's total liability for any claim relating to an Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order.
13.3 Liability that cannot be limited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- gross negligence or wilful misconduct; or
- any right or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 How to resolve an issue.
- STEP 1 — Contact us. Email customerservice@printsyde.com with your Order number, a description of the problem, and any photos or evidence. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
- STEP 2 — Escalate. If your issue is not resolved within 7 days, ask for a manager review in your email. A manager will respond within 3 business days.
- STEP 3 — Executive review. If still unresolved after 30 days, email legal@printsyde.com. We will respond within 10 business days.
- STEP 4 — External options. You may file a dispute with your payment method, contact a consumer-protection agency in your country, or pursue the options in Sections 14.2–14.4.
14.2 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or the consumer-protection laws of your own jurisdiction.
14.3 Jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Alternatively, at Printsyde's election, a dispute may be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its Rules — seated in Singapore or conducted online, in English, before a sole arbitrator.
14.4 Injunctive relief. Notwithstanding Sections 14.2–14.3, Printsyde may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to prevent intellectual-property infringement, breach of confidentiality, or security threats.
14.5 Class action and jury waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Printsyde each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in class, collective, or representative proceedings; disputes must be brought individually. This waiver may not be enforceable in some jurisdictions; where it is not, it does not apply to you.
14.6 Before a chargeback. Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card company, please allow us at least 10 business days to resolve the issue through Section 14.1 — except for unauthorized transactions, where we have not responded within 7 days, or genuine emergencies. This does not prevent you from filing a chargeback if a legitimate resolution attempt fails.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
Printsyde is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control — including natural disasters, war, government action, pandemic, or significant internet or telecommunications failures.
This does not remove Printsyde's responsibility for:
- Refunds — approved refunds are still issued to you under Section 7, even if the Payment Processor experiences delays.
- Product quality and fulfilment — as set out in Sections 7, 8, and 12.
- Statutory consumer rights — Section 9 cannot be overridden by a force-majeure event.
We will use reasonable efforts to resolve the disruption and to complete your Order within a reasonable time.
16. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Copyright/DMCA Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Printsyde regarding the Platform.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them and, where you have an account, notify you. Non-material changes are effective on posting. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. Printsyde may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our consent.
Notices. Notices to Printsyde: legal@printsyde.com. Notices to you: the email associated with your Order or account.
Survival. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any payment obligations survive termination.
