Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective Date: June 14, 2026 Applies to: California residents and, where applicable, residents of other U.S. states with similar rights.

1. Purpose and Scope

This page explains how Printsyde lets you exercise your rights to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (as defined by California law) and to limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. Who We Are

"Printsyde," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Printsyde Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Printsyde LLC (Wyoming, USA). We operate the online store at printsyde.com, where customers purchase custom physical print-on-demand products. Contact: legal@printsyde.com (privacy) or customerservice@printsyde.com (general support).

3. Key Definitions (California)

Sell means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Share means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioural advertising (targeted ads across different websites and apps).

Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) includes government ID numbers, financial account details, precise geolocation, and similar categories.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share certain identifiers and online activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising unless you opt out. We do not share SPI for advertising.

4. What Categories Might Be "Shared"

If you do not opt out, we may share the following limited categories with advertising and analytics partners (Google Ads, Meta Pixel):

  1. Identifiers — e.g., cookie IDs, IP address, device identifiers;
  2. Internet or network activity — e.g., pages viewed, interactions;
  3. Commercial information — e.g., products viewed or purchased, in pseudonymous form;
  4. Approximate location — coarse, derived from IP address (not precise geolocation).

We do not share Sensitive Personal Information for advertising.

Disclosures to our service providers and contractors under written contracts (for example, hosting, fraud prevention, fulfilment, and payments) are not a sale or a share.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  1. Opt out of the "selling" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
  2. Limit the use of SPI to necessary purposes (see Section 7).
  3. Submit privacy requests (access, delete, correct) and, where applicable, appeal a denied request.
  4. Use an authorised agent to act on your behalf.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6. How to Opt Out of "Selling" or "Sharing"

You may use any of the following methods:

A. Browser / device (this browser only)

  1. Turn on a supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. When detected, we treat it as a Do Not Sell or Share request for that browser.
  2. Manage cookies via our Cookie Settings tool to disable advertising and analytics cookies on this browser.

B. Account-level (all devices when logged in)

  1. If you have a Printsyde account, set your "Do Not Sell or Share" preference in your account privacy settings, or submit a request via our rights form (see Section 8). We apply it to your account profile going forward.

We honour your opt-out within the legal timeframes and reflect it in our systems and tag configuration as soon as reasonably practicable.

7. Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information (such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, health information, or full payment card numbers), and we do not use SPI for advertising. Because we do not collect SPI, no "Limit the Use of SPI" action is needed. If this changes, we will update this page and make the option available.

8. Submit a Privacy Request (Opt-Out, Access, Delete, Correct, Appeal)

Use our privacy request form linked on this page, or email legal@printsyde.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". Please specify your request type (for example, Do Not Sell or Share, Access, Delete, Correct, Appeal).

  1. Verification: We may request information to verify your identity before acting on your request.
  2. Authorised agent: Agents must provide proof of authority; we may also verify your identity.
  3. Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal where your state provides an appeal right. We will respond in writing within the timeframe required by your state's law and, if we maintain the denial, provide information for contacting your state regulator.

9. How We Implement Your Choice

When you opt out of "sell/share" (or we detect GPC), we will:

  1. configure our tags and systems to suppress cross-context behavioural advertising and similar sharing;
  2. respect your preference via a first-party cookie (for browser-level choices) and/or your account profile (for account-level choices); and
  3. communicate the necessary suppression signals to our advertising and analytics partners where technically supported.

Note: If you clear cookies, switch browsers or devices, or browse while logged out, you may need to re-apply your choice.

10. Minors

Printsyde is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18.

11. Other U.S. States

Where other U.S. state laws provide similar rights (for example, the targeted-advertising opt-out in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah), we treat applicable requests submitted via this page as an opt-out of that processing.
